Prior to joining Mountco, Eu served in broad capacities in the affordable housing industry, most recently in real estate financing and development with New York State Homes and Community Renewal. As part of the Multifamily Finance team, Eu managed multifamily programs and operations including the administration of the Federal Housing Trust Fund Program, the execution of the Small Buildings Program, and the inception of the State’s clean energy initiative programming and provided strategic analysis on the State’s affordable housing mission. As an underwriter and project manager, Eu was hands-on in the financing of housing construction and preservation through tax-exempt bond financing, debt restructuring, and strategic lending.
Eu also served as corporate governance counsel to the Housing Trust Fund Corporation, advising the State’s public benefit corporation on compliance with governance practices, laws and regulations and she served as litigation counsel representing New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal in the upholding of the State’s interpretation of the Rent Laws, among other legal capacities.
Eu received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University Goizueta Business School.
