Carl Meinhardt is the Vice President of Design for Mountco. In this capacity, Carl works with development teams to identify and evaluate potential sites, conduct zoning analysis, and lead planning and conceptual design for feasible projects. For projects requiring full design services, Carl selects and manages the design teams as they take the projects through the construction phase. Mr. Meinhardt has extensive experience in planning, design, and construction for numerous completed projects including high-rise residential, hospitality, mixed-use, educational, and commercial offices.
He has worked with affordable and market-rate housing developments, adaptive reuse of existing older buildings, and historic restoration projects in a dozen different states and throughout the Greater New York Area. Mr. Meinhardt holds a Masters Degree in Architecture from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree from the Cooper Union School of Architecture. He is a Fellow and a member of the American Institute of Architects and is NCARB certified.
